My dad died suddenly a few years ago. There's not a day that goes by when I don't think about him. Now that I'm a mum, I wish that he could have met my lil girl because I know that she would have just loved him and he would have doted on her. My dad made Christmasses so much fun. He fully took part in Christmas and really made it the most exciting and fun times for myself and my brothers and sister. He truly was the best. Now that we've got our lil girl, we're going to make sure she has the best Christmas ever - not by giving her lots of presents, but by making sure she spends it surrounded by loved ones. My favourite Christmas memory isn’t of one particular Christmas…it’s every single one that I got to spend with my dad.
My dad died suddenly a few years ago. There’s not a day that goes by when I don’t think about him. Now that I’m a mum, I wish that he could have met my lil girl because I know that she would have just loved him and he would have doted on her.
My dad made Christmasses so much fun. He fully took part in Christmas and really made it the most exciting and fun times for myself and my brothers and sister. He truly was the best.
Now that we’ve got our lil girl, we’re going to make sure she has the best Christmas ever – not by giving her lots of presents, but by making sure she spends it surrounded by loved ones.

She desperately wanted this baby bath set. My mum had told her that it was very expensive and that santa probably couldn't afford it. She was very convincing! So, on Christmas morning there we were opening our presents. i could see this big present that my sister was opening and knew that it was this 'baby bath' I still remember the look on her face and the squeals that were coming from her as she jumped up and down. My favourite Christmas tradition used to be leaving out a trainor sock as a tiny stocking for my favourite teddy when I was wee! He always had something in it on Christmas morning from Santa - usually a chocolate! When I say "wee" I did this right up till I was a teenager!!! What a lovely competition.
